We aim to provide an efficient and helpful service to all our clients. Books can be ordered directly from our website in the ‘Catalogue’ section, or orders may be faxed to 08 9286 4207. A purchase order number is required.

CREDIT TERMS

Net 30 days.

FREIGHT

Freight charges apply.  We have found that the most cost effective and reliable means of delivery is through Australia Post. Depending on your location, this generally takes 2-7 working days. However, if you require urgent delivery, or wish to use your own courier or delivery service, please detail your requirements on your purchase order. Please note that all courier costs are borne by the receiver.

RETURNS POLICY

No returns will be accepted.

SHORT SHIPMENT

Notification to our office should be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced upon proof of purchase and return of the item(s) in question.
