Q. What is the Distribution Centre and where is it located?
Books can be ordered directly from the website in the Catalogue section, or orders may be faxed to us on (08) 9286 4207. A purchase order number is required for schools or businesses.

Q. How can I pay for the books I order by fax, mail, email or phone?
Payment can be made by credit card, or upon receipt of the invoice. Please indicate your payment preference when you are ordering by phone, mail, email or using the fax. A Puchase Order must be provided. Payment of the invoice is required within 30 days.

No – not unless you follow the explicit rules and regulations derived from copyright legislation. Information regarding copyright can be obtained from the Copyright Agency Limited , and the Australian Copyright Council websites.

Q. What is the delivery time for resources ordered through Impact Publishing?
We have found that the most cost effective and reliable means of delivery is through Australia Post. Depending on your location, this generally takes 2-7 working days. However, if you require urgent delivery, or wish to use your own courier or delivery service, please detail your requirements on your purchase order.

Q. Do I receive a discount for ordering in bulk?
Impact Publishing prides itself on producing quality resources at the lowest possible price to the consumer. Therefore no discount is given, as the resources are already competitively priced and are GST inclusive.
